About the Author: Julia Stagg
Julia Stagg has led a nomadic existence, spending most of her adult life abroad. Most recently she ran a small auberge/restaurant in the French Pyrenees and this was where the Fogas Chronicles were born.
The first in the series, L'Auberge, was published in May 2011 and is a heart-warming comedy based around the lives, loves and machinations of the inhabitants of the small commune of Fogas in the Ariege-Pyrenees region of France.
The second in the series, The Parisian's Return, was published in April 2012, the third, The French Postmistress, in spring 2013 and the fourth, A Fête to Remember, is available now.
