A professor, disgusted with the world and its lame politics, travels to Mars with her daughter. Through a new communication system, a Martian friend explains to her the various scientific techniques for her trip. She lands on Mars and is ready to move on to yet another planet, where she can live forever with the type of modern technology she needs. Meanwhile, her husband, who was not happy with her plans to take their daughter with her as she travels through space, tries to abduct his daughter by sending his brother on a nearby planet. This story contains a lot of the latest discoveries that the author imagined and found out are already taking place in today's world.
